the first ever 'computer based ' India's most prestigious test CAT was not upto to the mark as students faced lotz of problem in logging in while some other faced system failure in mid-test session.this was the story on the very first day while on second day around 50 centres across the country were today rescheduled to allow necessary repairs to be completed at the labs where technical glitches disrupted the exams on the first day. Prometric, the American firm which has been entrusted with the task of conducting the tests, said while a significant majority of the candidates successfully completed their exams yesterday, various technical issues arose at selected computers in approximately 50 labs that prevented approximately 2,000 exams from being delivered. To add more is that those students who couldn't take the test will be re-scheduled and will be intimated to via e-mails and SMS .....so pray for no more failure !!!
